PETER W. GODDU
Peter W. Goddu PETER W. GODDU earned his law degree from Seattle University School of Law in 1981. His practice focuses on real estate law; business and commercial law, including entity formation and consultation on general business matters; and advising business and individual clients on matters related to financing, loan transactions, workouts and foreclosures. A large portion of Peter's professional career was devoted to representing community banks, credit unions and private lenders.

Peter worked in manufacturing and marketing on the Eastern seaboard and in the Rocky Mountain region prior to moving to the Pacific Northwest to attend law school. He was a volunteer firefighter for 15 years, serving in Chelan County and on San Juan Island. Peter was an elected commissioner of the Woodinville Water District, chaired the Chelan County Growth Management Act Coordinating Committee in its tumultuous early years, and was appointed to the Seattle Monorail Project during its dissolution phase. Peter is a former Rotary president and YMCA board member and a former member of the Board of Directors of the San Juan Community Home Trust.

Peter and his law partner, Margaret Langlie, have been married and practiced law together since 1982. His leisure activities include bicycling, camping, and boating.
